Two wonderful comic singers, Flanders and Swann.
They had the ability to turn music on its head. With the success of their
show 'At The Drop Of A Hat' and frequent radio shows they became popular
with the public. Their brilliant song about the working man was on everybody's
lips.

Benny Hill was a great radio comic right
through the fifties, so it was rather ironic that he will always be remembered
for the silent movie skits he did so well for the television. His comic
songs were strokes of genius, and will last for ever. I have picked out
just a few of my favourites.
