fifties woman, too fast some might say. Advertisers knew the power
that women held in many families. In every facet of life women appeared
in their campaigns.
Women were told it was cool to smoke..
You could even meet men if you had your lighter at the ready.
The only place to holiday where women could meet the man of
their dreams......
The only problem was that there was two women for every man.
By the late fifties the wise woman was flying abroad. Where
there were two men to every woman.
